  • Peter Eschmann

    Managing Partner

    Peter has over 25 years of experience, most recently as a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management's direct lending company, Cerberus Business Finance, where from 2004 – 2020 he was involved in more than 125 transactions. He was previously a banker at Deutsche Bank, Chase Manhattan and Bankers Trust. Peter completed the Chase Global Credit Training program and has an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a BA from Boston College.

    Managing Partner

    Jay has over 25 years of experience, most recently as Chief Credit Officer of the lending operations of Catalyst Capital, overseeing more than a dozen professionals and ~30 investments totaling ~$1.5 billion. He previously spent nearly a decade as a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management's specialty lending companies, Ableco Finance and Cerberus Business Finance. Earlier in his career he was a member of the Special Situations Group at GE Capital, a senior analyst and portfolio manager at Fursa Alternative Strategies, and a restructuring consultant at LoftusGroup. Jay has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Colorado.
